The single-clipper-series ClipStar close safely and securely all kinds of natural and artificial casings as well as all types of bags used in a modern sausage production. In addition also bags and nets from various materials can be easily and quickly closed secure.
They are the ideal devices for every size of company, simplify the production and relieve the staff. Up to four different clip dimensions can be processed without exchanging machine parts. The clips can be changed within seconds. The huge calibre range from Ø 11-200mm (depending on the casing material) underlines the flexibility of this machine series.

With the automatic loop inserter also the pre tying of casings and sealing of bags can be done easily. Upon request we deliver the clipper amongst others with an automatic cutting knife or spool clip system.
